  • Experience:

Responsibilities:
  1. Installation:
    • Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems, according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  2. Maintenance:
    • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, checking for wear and tear, and replacing parts as necessary.
    • Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
  3. Repair:
    • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems.
    • Replace or repair faulty components and ensure systems are operating at peak performance.
  4. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and requests.
    • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance to improve longevity and efficiency.
  5. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
    • Complete service reports and ensure proper documentation for billing and follow-up purposes.
  6. Safety & Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members.
